How to reach us

Report a game problem

Please include enough detail for us to try the same thing:

• The game name and page link.
• Your device and browser, such as an Android phone with Chrome or an iPhone with Safari.
• What you did, what you expected, and what happened instead.
• A screenshot or short recording, if useful. Remove personal information before sending it.

Do not send passwords, private room credentials or other sensitive information. If a saved game is missing, let us know whether browser data was cleared or a different browser or device was used.

Suggestions, accessibility issues and corrections are welcome. For a privacy request, describe the information involved. For a copyright or other rights inquiry, include the relevant page, the work concerned and how we can reach you.
